Angel Island State Park Officers Row Repairs

M3 performed repairs to 10 existing historic Angel Island Officers’ Row housing units, which included replacement and repairs of porches, porch roofing, entry doors, and windows. We were faced with the challenge of working on an island that was also a highly sensitive environmental area with residentially occupied historic facilities. Despite these challenges, the M3 team successfully completed the project in the fall of 2022.
