Aquatic Park Promenade

Location: San Francisco CA

Aquatic Park is located at the Maritime National Historic Park in San Francisco and owned by the National Park Service. The project involved demolition of historic railroad tracks that had become a hazard to pedestrian and bicycle traffic. M3 replaced the tracks with new concrete matching the historic look of the adjacent concrete and included a scoring pattern to represent the removed railroad tracks. Project was completed adjacent to San Francisco bay in an environmentally sensitive area in 2012.
