Fountaingrove Neighborhood Residence Rebuild

Location: Santa Rosa CA

A local family hired M3 in 2019 for the construction of a new 6,500 square foot hillside residence in the Fountaingrove neighborhood, known for its sprawling mansions and views of the city. The foundation required over 200 cubic yards of concrete, which included a two story cast-in-place spiral staircase.
